Local confectioner, Jessica Foster, is back again. She will be showcasing her unique gourmet chocolate truffles. She blends exotic teas, herbs and spices, infusing her confections to create intriguing flavors like dark chocolate chile and milk chocolate star anise-thyme. Roy, the tasting room bulldog, invites you do something nice in honor of man's best friend! Grab your pup and head over to Riverbench for handmade pizzas and wine tasting on our picturesque patio.

The SMVHS will be onsite with a few shelter dogs available for adoption.

Cost: $15 includes wine tasting and pizza - 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Santa Maria Valley Humane Society.

 

We've noticed that the first thing most of you do when you drive into Riverbench is take out your cameras.  And rightly so- the view is exquisite.  Why not?  Now through September 1, submit your own Riverbench photos for our annual Photo Contest!  The winner will be revealed at our Photography Event on September 4 at the winery.  The prize?  A gourmet wine and food tasting for 10 at the winery!  So don't hesitate to get out those cameras, then send your photos to us at info@riverbench.com. We're sorry, but photos cannot be returned.  Winner will be notified by email.

Riverbench is partnering with the Santa Barbara County Food Bank to help fight hunger within our community. During the week of November 7th-12th Riverbench will provide a complimentary tasting for every two cans of food brought to the winery (non-perishable items only). All donations will go to the Santa Barbara Food Bank.

 

Local beekeeper and honey producer, Jeff Haskins, will be onsite to share his outstanding products and his passion for producing the best quality honey. So buzz on out here to learn all you ever wanted about honey.
